Welcome to Dover Assembly OF GOD! 

We are so glad you have chosen to attend Dover Assembly this morning. It is not by accident that you are here. We believe that God has allowed you to be here so that you might receive all that He has for you. We pray you are blessed as you allow the Lord to work in your life.

BODY NEWS

THANK YOU – Last Sunday we honored Rose Kauffman for 28 faithful years of membership at Dover Assembly.  We wish Rose many blessings as she embarks on her new endeavors. While Rose may not be attending Dover Assembly any longer, she remains one of our prayer warriors. Thank you Rose.

DoverYTH – Thank you for your faithfulness in donating items to the youth for their Grab ‘N Go.  We are pleased to announce they raised $482 towards Convention!  We couldn’t do it without you! 

WEDNESDAY SERIES – join us as Pastor Jeff continues his series on “Christian Atheist.”.  The book “The Christian Atheist”. Believing in God but living as if He doesn’t exist.” In other words, Am I putting my whole faith in God, but still living like as if everything were up to me?  Join us weekly for this study and conversation about our walk with the Lord.

CHURCH CLEANUP DAY – We are looking for volunteers to help with our annual clean up day. We will be going through the attic and the sheds to discard any items that are no longer usable or broken.
It will be held on Saturday, May 30 beginning at 8:00. Any amount of time you could help would be appreciated. Coffee and donuts will be provided and pizza for those who are here at lunch time

WORSHIP NIGHT – Our next worship night is scheduled for Sun., May 31 at 6:00 pm.  Please join us as we worship the Lord and have a time of fellowship afterward!

MEMBERSHIP MEETING – There will be a brief church membership meeting following the service on Sunday, May 31. We will be voting on some changes that will be discussed in church during the next few weeks.

BABY SHOWER – Lexi’s Baby Shower is Sat., June 20 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Please sign up in the upper foyer. Lexi is registered at: www.mybabylist.com

BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH (BTSB) – We will be having a huge Back-to-School Bash (Outreach) on Saturday, August 8 for our Dover community.  This outreach will require many helping hands and many donations as our goal is to reach not just our church, but the Dover community! Please sign up to help and check out our insert to see what we still need to fill our donation bins by the Information Center! Thank you in advance!

SMALL GROUP SURVEY – We are in the beginning stages of possibly developing some small groups. Small groups can be a great way of interacting with others in a more personal setting, as well as possibly having neighbors and friends be a part of an informal Christian get together. If you would be interested in learning more about them, please sign up in the lower foyer.
