BODY NEWS

SOS ~ Bible Study ~ Starts tomorrow – It’s Okay to Not Be Okay – we will meet in the R.O.C.K. room at 6:00 pm – still time to sign up in the upper foyer.  If you need a book please see Diane..  Cost of book is $10.

SPRING FORWARD – Daylights Saving Time is Sun., March 8 – Mark your calendars to Spring Forward! 

EASTER OFFERING – As you know, this winter has been very cold. The cold requires more usage of heating oil and extra oil has been required to keep the church comfortable and warm and keeps the pipes from freezing.  These extra oil needs have stretched the church budget. Our Easter offering this year on April 5 will go to covering this expense and other church expenses. Please pray and ask the Lord what He would have you give.  Thank you for helping keep the church heat, lights, water up and running.

EASTER EGG HUNT UPDATE – We will hold our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Sun., March 29, Palm Sunday – immediately following the morning service. Our Youth will be taking over the Easter Hunt this year!  Please see Josiah or Sierra if you have any questions.  Reminder: we need wrapped candy for the plastic eggs. Thank you!

PROVIDENCE PLACE ~ EASTER MESSAGE AND CRAFT – Anna and Joanne have secured Wed., March 11, 6:30 pm for an Easter message and craft for the residents at Providence Place. If you would like to join them for an evening of ministering to the residents, please sign up in the lower foyer.
DoverYTH Fountain Blue Skating – On Saturday March 3rd at 4:00 pm, DoverYTH will be going to Fountain Blue Skating.  Please see Josiah or Sierra for more information.
DoverYTH Overnight – On Friday and Saturday March 6th and 7th.  DoverYTH will have an Overnight event. Please see Josiah or Sierra for more information.

MEN’S PINBALL NIGHT – The guys will be meeting at Mark’s house on Friday, March 27 at 6:00 for an awesome night of pizza and pinball. Please sign up in the lower foyer so we know how much pizza  we will need!

BABY SPRINKLE ~ The SOS will host a Baby Sprinkle for Jen & Tyler on Saturday April 11th from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in church fellowship hall. Sign-up sheet is located at the women’s table in the upper foyer. Jen is registered at: https://my.babylist.com/jennifer-landis-baby-registry

BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH (BTSB) – We will be having a Back-to-School Bash  Sat., Aug. 8, beginning 10:30 am until around 12:30 pm for our Dover community. This summer Dover Assembly is going to do a Back-to-School Bash for our Dover Community.  We will be providing school supplies, no charge hair cuts, hot dogs and snacks, non-perishables, Bibles and PRAYER for our Dover community.  Today’s insert outlines the start of items we will be collecting.  This will be an exciting time for Dover Assembly to minister to our community.  Also, this outreach will take place of VBS this year.  We will pick up VBS next year but this year we are doing a new thing!  Thank you for your donations!

WORSHIP NIGHTS – The months that there are 5 Sundays, we are going to have Sunday Evening Services.  There are only 4 a year.  The first night will be Sun., March 29, beginning at 6:00 pm.  We will have a night of Worship unto the Lord.  Bring your families and plan on worshiping the Lord with us.  Mark your calendars for Sun., March 29 / Sun., May 31 / Sun., Aug 30 / Sun., Nov. 29. and plan on joining us!
