BODY NEWS
EASTER OFFERING – As you know, this winter has been very cold. The cold requires more usage of heating oil and extra oil has been required to keep the church comfortable and warm and keeps the pipes from freezing. These extra oil needs have stretched the church budget. Our Easter offering this year on April 5 will go to covering this expense and other church expenses. Please pray and ask the Lord what He would have you give. Thank you for helping keep the church heat, lights, water up and running.
SOS ~ BIBLE STUDY ~ “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” Meets every Monday at 6:00 pm in the R.O.C.K. Room through April 20th. Please join us.
Youth Overnight – Scheduled for Fri., April 24! Please see Josiah or Sierra for more details.
SOS Ladies’ Annual Tea – The SOS Ladies’ Annual Tea will be held on Fri., May 1, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the church fellowship hall. Please be sure to sign up on the sheet located on the table in the upper foyer.
DoverYTH Hot Dog Grab ‘n Go – Sun., May 3, immediately following the morning service. Please see Josiah or Sierra for donations of hot dogs, buns, chips, sodas, etc.
Leon Conley’s Memorial Service – A memorial service for Leon Conley will be held on Sun., May 3 at 2:00 pm at Yocumtown Church of God.. For directions, please see Pastor Jeff.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH (BTSB) – We will be having a Back-to-School Bash Sat., Aug. 8, beginning 10:30 am until around 12:30 pm for our Dover community. This summer Dover Assembly is going to do a Back-to-School Bash for our Dover Community. We will be providing school supplies, no charge hair cuts, hot dogs and snacks, non-perishables, Bibles and PRAYER for our Dover community. Today’s insert outlines the start of items we will be collecting. This will be an exciting time for Dover Assembly to minister to our community. Also, this outreach will take place of VBS this year. We will pick up VBS next year but this year we are doing a new thing! Thank you for your donations!
