Welcome to Dover Assembly OF GOD! 

We are so glad you have chosen to attend Dover Assembly this morning. It is not by accident that you are here. We believe that God has allowed you to be here so that you might receive all that He has for you. We pray you are blessed as you allow the Lord to work in your life.

BODY NEWS

SOS ~ BIBLE STUDY ~ “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” Meets every Monday at 6:00 pm in the R.O.C.K. Room through April 20th. Please join us.

EASTER OFFERING – As you know, this winter has been very cold. The cold requires more usage of heating oil and extra oil has been required to keep the church comfortable and warm and keeps the pipes from freezing.  These extra oil needs have stretched the church budget. Our Easter offering this year on April 5 will go to covering this expense and other church expenses. Please pray and ask the Lord what He would have you give.  Thank you for helping keep the church heat, lights, water up and running.

MEN’S PINBALL NIGHT – The guys will be meeting at Mark’s house on Friday, March 27 at 6:00 for an awesome night of pizza and pinball. Please sign up in the lower foyer so we know how much pizza  we will need!
PALM SUNDAY – March 29 is Palm Sunday! Please plan on joining us as we remember the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem!  Our ROCK students will be sharing in song!  You don’t want to miss it!
EASTER EGG HUNT – Following the morning Palm Sunday service – We will hold our annual Easter Egg Hunt for ages NB through age 13! Our Youth will be taking over the Easter Hunt this year!  Please see Josiah or Sierra if you have any questions.  Reminder: we need wrapped candy for the plastic eggs. Thank you!
WORSHIP NIGHT – Sunday, March 29, 6:00 pm – Worship Night!  Plan on joining us for a time of worship and prayer followed by a time of refreshments. The months that there are 5 Sundays, we are going to have Sunday Evening Services.  There are only 4 a year.  The first night will be Sun., March 29, beginning at 6:00 pm.  Mark your calendars for Sun., March 29 / Sun., May 31 / Sun., Aug 30 / Sun., Nov. 29. and plan on joining us!
EASTER SERVICE NOTE – Please take some Easter invites and invite family and friends to our Easter Service at 10:30 am on Sun., April 5!  Our ROCK students will be sharing in song!  We will observe Holy Communion.
BABY SPRINKLE ~ The SOS will host a Baby Sprinkle for Jen & Tyler on Saturday April 11th from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in church fellowship hall. Sign-up sheet is located at the women’s table in the upper foyer. Jen is registered at: https://my.babylist.com/jennifer-landis-baby-registry

Youth Overnight – Scheduled for Fri., April 24!  Please see Josiah or Sierra for more details.

BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH (BTSB) – We will be having a Back-to-School Bash  Sat., Aug. 8, beginning 10:30 am until around 12:30 pm for our Dover community. This summer Dover Assembly is going to do a Back-to-School Bash for our Dover Community.  We will be providing school supplies, no charge hair cuts, hot dogs and snacks, non-perishables, Bibles and PRAYER for our Dover community.  Today’s insert outlines the start of items we will be collecting.  This will be an exciting time for Dover Assembly to minister to our community.  Also, this outreach will take place of VBS this year.  We will pick up VBS next year but this year we are doing a new thing!  Thank you for your donations!
